Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping to the United States. All prices and checkout totals are in U.S. dollars (USD).

Products ship directly from our fulfillment partners. Shipping origin and transit time vary by item; some products ship internationally. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Return & Exchange Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused. Keep the product and its packaging while we review your request.

To start a return, email companionkind@outlook.com with your order number, the item and the reason for the return. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, please include clear photos. Contact us before shipping anything back so we can provide the appropriate return instructions and address.

For a change of mind, the customer pays return shipping. If an item arrives defective or we sent the wrong item, CompanionKind covers the return shipping.

Once the returned item has been received and checked, we will confirm the refund or exchange by email. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method; the time to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
